On 9 September 2019, Suicide Prevention Week. We launched a nationwide social movement to reach out to those in need. People were encouraged to leave a message in support of suicide prevention through their social channels on our hashtag. Within 24 hours, the hashtag was filled with inspiring artworks, quotes, songs, personal stories and live sessions. But it didn’t stop there. Local communities and businesses jumped on the movement to show their support for suicide prevention.
Letting those in need know that they are not alone, even in the darkest hours.
