In Singapore, 1 person dies from suicide every day on the average.
SOS runs a 24-hour crisis intervention and suicide prevention hotline, providing emotional support to people in distress or in crisis, thinking of suicide or affected by suicide.
Every day, SOS receives more than 100 calls from people who are in distress or in crisis.
You can help us.
Support our cause.
Make a donation.
From 1 Jan 2011, all individuals, businesses, companies, etc., that make donations to Institutions of Public Character (IPCs) are required to provide their tax reference numbers (e.g. NRIC/FIN/UEN) to the IPCs in order to be given tax deductions. With this change, IRAS will no longer accept claims for tax deduction based on donation receipts. (IRAS)
